New Luxury Guide connects hotels, travel advisors, and travelers. Hotels may publish and manage a public profile; advisors may build itineraries and manage client relationships; travelers may search, save, and book through the platform independently or with an advisor.
You must provide accurate information when creating a hotel, advisor, or traveler account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Hotels are responsible for the accuracy of their profile content, offers, and pricing. New Luxury Guide may use AI to assist with drafting or enrichment, but published content is reviewed and approved by the hotel before it goes live.
Booking requests, offers, and commission terms displayed on the platform are set by the relevant hotel or advisor. New Luxury Guide facilitates discovery and connection but is not a party to the resulting booking contract unless explicitly stated.
We collect account information you provide directly, and anonymized engagement analytics (such as profile views and click events) used to help hotels understand how their public profile performs. Free-tier hotels never receive identity-level visitor data.
We use collected data to operate and improve the platform, provide analytics to hotels and advisors, personalize AI-assisted recommendations, and communicate with you about your account or bookings.
We do not sell personal data. We share information only with the hotel, advisor, or service provider necessary to fulfill a booking or inquiry you initiate, or as required by law.
You may update or delete your account information at any time from your account settings, or contact us to request deletion of your data.
We may update these Terms and this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
